Membership Return/Refund/Cancellation Policy

Membership expires 12 months from the date of purchase and is not available to be refunded or cancelled.

Conference registration is refunded with at least 24-­‐hour notice before the conference starts minus a $30 cancellation and process fee.

Seminar Series registration is refunded with at least 24-­‐hour notice before the seminar starts minus a $5 cancellation and processing fee.

During registration for these services  a user is required to give certain information (such as name and email address). This information is used to contact you about the products/services on our site in which you have expressed interest.

Online Payments

We collect personal information on this website from users who pay for the ILAIMH-C credential online. This is a normal e-commerce transaction, so we collect name, address, email, and credit card numbers. This information is protected with SSL, and the credit card numbers are stored by the payment gateway, not by our site. We keep the purchaser’s name, address, and email in our records for future reference and do not share it with other parties.
